• Choose the state where the company is located from the drop-down option on the next window.
• Select the type of business you are working with from the options that are horizontally arranged on the same screen.
• Select “Trade/Retail” if you are working with a retail food company.
• Choose “Retailer” from the list that is vertically oriented on the same screen.
• Click “Proceed” after choosing the retailer selection and valid Turnover detail.
• The portal will then briefly display Form A, a web-form application, on the screen.

• Description of the company’s premises

• Validity interval
• Name of the food group
• Other pertinent information, such as the plant’s power consumption disclosure and water supply source
