Bank No Objection Certificate

  • Certificate of Registration (RC) 
  • Certificate of Insurance[1] 
  • Permit and Certificate of Suitability (applicable to commercial vehicles) 
  • Certificate of Pollution Under Control (PUC) Lender approval of CMV Form 28 (if vehicle is covered by mortgage, HPA or lease) Lease 
  • Pencil imprint of VIN for Form CMV 28 
  • Photo ID and proof of address 

Procedure for No Objection Certificate
