Essential documents required for CAPEXIL Certificate

The following are the essential documents required for CAPEXIL:

1.  The Licensing Authority’s IEC (Import Export Code);

2.  PAN Number;

3.  Industrial or Manufacturing License from the LA (Licensing Authority);

4.  Stating on their own behalf that they are not on any government agency’s or department’s blacklist;

5.  For the past two years, CA’s Certificate indicates either domestic or export turnover pertaining to CAPEXIL’s products;

6.  If available, a copy of the export house certificate;

7.  A copy of a canceled check showing the bank name and account number;

8.  GST Registration Certificate.

Procedure

The following is the procedure for CAPEXIL Certificate:

Registration of New Users:

To access the application details on the website, the applicant must first create a new login ID. To do so, the applicant must supply the IEC (Import Export Code) Number and at least the first three characters of the firm’s name. While obtaining IEC, the applicant’s name must correspond to the name recorded in DGFT[1]. The applicant must fill out the needed form with the necessary information, including their PAN, company information, and import/export code number.

Upload each and every document:

The applicant must upload the necessary documentation in accordance with CAPEXIL requirements following the previous stage. For the verification, the required paperwork must be submitted along with the required cost.

Payment of Fees:

The application fee for membership registration must be paid in DD, though the applicant may alternatively do it online. When all the information was submitted, an application number was generated and given to the applicant for correspondence in the future.
