While granting the BRC Certificate, an independent party conducts the audit. The independent body gives numbers to the applicant during the audit and the highest standard based on these numbers is the BRC A-Grade.
After getting a BRC Certificate, the holder needs to go through the audit for getting the recertification. This re-certification audit takes place at the six months intervals or twelve months intervals based on the audit report. These re-certification audits take place as per the requirements of the BRC. The holder needs to connect with the Safe Food Certification at least ninety days prior to the re-certification audit period.
